Nodaway County Health Department confirms 18 new cases of Covid-19

The Nodaway County Health Department confirmed eighteen more cases of COVID-19 in the county.

The Health Department says this now brings the total number of confirmed cases up to 1,185, with 118 probable cases. Health officials add that there are currently 224 active cases in the county.

Northwest Missouri State University says 94 of those involve Northwest students or employees.

Officials add that there are five current hospitalizations. Officials continue to strongly urge the public to social distance and practice good hygiene.
